New Patient Portal:
We have added a patient portal to our website.  When you register and sign-in to this portal you will be able to request appointments, request refills on prescriptions, submit billing questions and complete patient paperwork.  We will be adding a bill payment option in the near future.

Paper to Electronic Medical Records: 
We have made the conversion from paper to electronic medical records effective November, 2012.  Please be patient with us as we make this conversion.  We anticipate this to be a positive improvement to the exceptional care that we already provide our patients.  We know there will be some hiccups along the way but look forward to this necessary change.  Thank-you for your understanding and patience.
